(FRANKFORT, Ky - January 9, 2020) The Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky is offering a free, one-hour webinar on January 30 about how to make the most of collaborative efforts. Presenter Suzanne Smith, founder of Social Impact Architects and co-founder of Changemaker Interactive, will lead the webinar.
 
The webinar is part of the Foundation's free Health for a Change training series for Kentucky organizations working to improve health in the Commonwealth. Registration is required:

Smith will discuss different types of collaboration as well as best practices to ensure collaborative efforts are productive, including how to best structure meetings, build trust using charters and ground rules, manage conflict and power structures, and measure success.
 
Smith is social entrepreneur, an adjunct professor at the University of Texas at Arlington, and a public speaker. She was a featured speaker at TEDxTurtleCreekWomen in 2015.
