LOUISVILLE, Ky, Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2020 - The Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky will host a series of eight free, 30-minute webinars, starting Friday, Nov. 6, to help people deal with the emotions and stress of living in the midst of a pandemic. The first in the series is titled, Bringing Justice Back to our Bodies. Dr. Cre Dye, an associate professor at Western Kentucky University and licensed professional counselor, will lead the webinar. Dr. Dye is a yoga instructor and is trained in a variety of interventions that focus on the integration of counseling, neuroscience and trauma-informed healing.
 
The webinar is part of the Foundation's "Kentucky Inspired" series of Health for a Change training programs that provide an opportunity to learn how Kentucky is responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. The webinar is free, but registration is required.
