Host your next meeting or conference at the Foundation’s Conference Facility

The Foundation’s conference facility is available, for a fee, to nonprofit organizations and health-related governmental agencies for meeting, training and educational purposes. It is conveniently located at the Foundation’s offices in Eastern Jefferson County and offers two meeting rooms (one is configurable), modern AV equipment and free parking.

Meeting rooms are subject to availability and eligibility. To reserve a meeting room, please view the calendar for availability and complete the Reservation Request Form. Reservation requests are not accepted until confirmed by the Foundation.

Organizations must agree to the terms for use of the space, pay the fee and provide a certificate of insurance.

AUDIO VISUAL SYSTEM

The Training Room & Board Room are both outfitted with the Barco ClickShare Wireless Conferencing System which will automatically connect you to room devices like cameras, mics, speakers, sound bars and displays.

Virtual meetings can be shared within seconds, using your preferred video conferencing platform on your personal laptop. 

Nonprofit Rates

Board Room - $25 per hour
Training Room A or B (less than 50 participants) - $25 per hour
Training Room A and B (up to 100 participants) - $50 per hour


Additional Usage Fees -

  • For organizations charging a registration fee for their event, $150 is assessed in addition to the hourly rate, per day.

  • For organizations using the space more than 12 days per year, an additional $150 is assessed for each day after the first 12.

  • Conference Facility use outside of regular business hours (M-F/8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) is subject to approval and an increased hourly rate.

Please note: The entire Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky campus is tobacco-free, including the parking lot and grounds. 

 

Board Room

  • Seats 18 max at the table with additional 4 separate seats.

  • Seats 18 max at the table with additional 4 separate seats.

  • Two monitors that measure 3’x5’.

Training Room

  • Seats up to 100 people classroom style. This room may be divided into two sections.

  • Seats up to 100 people classroom style. This room may be divided into two sections.

  • Buffet serving area just outside of training room.
